The Education Leaders Conference

Vision, Culture, Courage & Collaboration Over Competition

More than 100 education leaders came together at the Leonardo Hotel in Milton Keynes for the debut nEdEx conference, chaired by Jen Elliott (Chair of nEdEx & CEO of EPM). Powered by EPM, nEdEx has been created to bring leaders together in an open, pragmatic space grounded in reality, not rhetoric.

The day opened with Sash Hamidi (CEO, Pegasus Partnership Trust) on vision, culture, and courage, followed by Rowena Hackwood (CEO, Astrea Academy Trust) on 'Public-hearted and business-minded' financial sustainability and governance, and Adrian Rogers championing professional generosity and collaboration over competition.
